Ooma Enterprise will be performing gradual systems updates in our Global Point of Presences (POP)

Changelog:

Fix cf_flush_dtmf, nothing will be impacted unless if it is called explicitly.
Fix duplicated number issue for shared SMS boxes where the user is also part of a group. It impacts SMS only.
Fix the issue of GET v2/messaging failing after deleting a thread. It only impacts SMS.

During this time, intermittent connection issues may be experienced. Down time is not expected to exceed 5 minutes.
